Baccalaureate Mass & Awards Ceremony

The May 27 Baccalaureate Mass concluded with the graduation awards ceremony. Each year, select seniors are recognized by each academic department and at the end of the ceremony, our principals announce the highest honors given by Totino-Grace High School. Those selected are honored for their outstanding achievement in the key areas of our mission: learning, faith, service, and leadership to the community. Congratulations to our Valedictorian Jack Cibuzar, Salutatorian Lauren Burnes, Lasallian Man of the Year Joe Hinkle, and Lasallian Woman of the Year Claire Salzer.

College Decision Day

Traditionally, National College Decision Day – the deadline for high school seniors to choose the college they will attend in the fall -- has been celebrated on May 1. Due to the global coronavirus pandemic, many schools have extended the deadline to June 1.

Our TG community wanted to mark this important event for the class of 2020 with a college spirit day. Eagle families, staff, and alumni participated by wearing gear from their favorite college or university or alma mater. Our seniors let us know where they were headed next year with their chosen school’s gear.

We are excited for our students’ bright futures but remind them… Once an Eagle, Always an Eagle!

Senior Yard Signs

We know that the impact of the stay at home order in response to the coronavirus pandemic is especially difficult for this group of students as they are missing out on experiences and traditions with their classmates during their final year of high school. Members of the class of 2020 received a special delivery at their home, letting them know that the TG community is thinking of them. To honor and recognize our seniors, we asked parents/guardians to share a photo of their student.

Images will be added as they are submitted. Photos of seniors next to their yard sign should be emailed to

We encourage class of 2020 students and families to post these and related photos on social media with the hashtags #TGEAGLES2020 and #ALLINTHISTOGETHER.

Special Delivery!

The Totino-Grace community celebrated Senior Week May 18-22. A number of virtual and on-campus surprises and events were in store for our soon-to-be graduates. Virtual hang outs, hilarious videos, and special recorded messages were just some of the special opportunities arranged for the class of 2020 to mark their final week of high school.

Traditionally, to close out senior week, all students in grade 12 gather one last time in our gymnasium surrounded by their teachers and school staff members. They hear a message from our administrators and then leave the school building surrounded on both sides by their cheering peers in grades 9 - 11. As we were unable to hold our normal sendoff for the class of 2020, faculty and staff provided a drive through sendoff on May 21. Students received cheers and acknowledgement and a gift bag from the school as they departed the lot.
