Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Totino-Grace High School. We are always in need of volunteers like you! There are many ways you can volunteer your time and talents at TG. Some opportunities require a significant commitment of time, while others take only a few hours each semester.

We invite you to become an active participant in the Totino-Grace community. Your involvement not only enriches the experience of our students at TG but will also broaden your own horizons and create opportunities for you to meet other members of the TG community.

It's a great way to get involved at Totino-Grace High School, meet other parents and community members, and support the school's mission. TG is an excellent high school and with your involvement, we continue to build an outstanding community. We truly appreciate your time and talents.

Requirements
Volunteers of archdiocesan organizations are required to complete a background check, sign the Archdiocesan Code of Conduct, and participate in virtus training. Details of these requirements can be found on the link below.

Eagle Ambassador Opportunities

Totino-Grace Gala

Each year, more than 900 people come together to support our vibrant school at the Totino-Grace Gala. Proceeds from the event fund vital programs, technology, and financial aid for Totino-Grace students. Hundreds of volunteers are needed to make the Totino-Grace Gala run smoothly. Opportunities include decor design, general gala decorating, volunteer check-in, photography, kitchen, dish washing, clean up, tear-down and more.

Advancement Services

Parent Ambassador Committee

Parent Ambassadors work closely with the Admissions Department to steward prospective families. Opportunities may include phone calls, serving as a panelist at the open houses, hosting prospective parent events, pastor and grade school family liaisons, helping with social media campaigns and much more. Parent Ambassadors are our best marketing tool and serve a very important role in the school.

Office Volunteer

Throughout the year, Totino-Grace staff need help assembling and mailing thank you letters, mass mailings and other items. Help is often needed to do simple filing, input information, check lists and complete other office work.

Committees and Advisory

TG Fund Leadership Committee

The TG Fund needs strong volunteers to ensure its success. These volunteers share their time and talent to strategize approaches, track progress, and lend their support at phonathons for the TG Fund. The TG Fund Leadership Committee meets periodically throughout the year.

E3 Engineering Institute Mentor

E3 Mentors work closely with our Engineering Institute students to help them gain experience, knowledge and applicable perspective on engineering-related careers. E3 Mentors coach, offer input, guide students on their engineering projects as necessary. Learn more about the Engineering Institute and Mentor opportunities HERE.

Senior All Night Party Committee

This committee is responsible for the planning and execution of the annual senior party which happens on graduation night. The committee solicits donations for the event, plans the logistics, works the night of the event and is responsible for set-up and tear-down.
