Health Office

Totino-Grace High School's health office is open during school hours and staffed by a health assistant. To reach the Mrs. Jennifer Mahar in the health office, call 763-571-9116 ext. 202 or email jennifer.mahar@totinograce.org.

Note: In accordance with Minnesota statutes and District policy, the Health Office does not maintain an inventory of Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen for student use.  If your child must take these medications on a regular basis during school hours, you can bring the medication in its original bottle or container to be stored in the Health Office. You will need to complete, sign, and turn in a Medication Authorization Form to accompany the medication (one form per medication).  New forms will need to be turned in at the start of each school year.  Please make sure medications are not expired, or are soon to be expired.  Medications will be sent home with students at the end of school year, unless parents make other arrangements for pick-up.

The following forms, if applicable to your student, should be kept up to date in the health office. Please download, complete, and return the file at Eagle Round-Up, the start of the school year or as changes occur.
