The Totino-Grace Gala is the largest community fundraising event of the year at Totino-Grace.

Current parents, past parents, alumni, faculty, staff and friends of the school gather each November to kick off the holiday season in style. The sense of community and holiday spirit is unparalleled to any other event of its kind! This year’s gala is on Saturday, November 21, at The Depot in Minneapolis.

Our gala guests enjoy a live and silent auction with hundreds of items to bid on at all price points. There is an inspirational program featuring our faculty and students during the plated dinner. Students add to the festive atmosphere by singing carols, selling beads for the Heads and Tails game and helping with the check-out process.

How can I help?

The Totino-Grace Silent Auction Team is essential to the success of the Totino-Grace Gala, helping raise significant funds to support our mission.

We're also seeking: Sports tickets, rounds of golf, experiences, and gift cards to any restaurant or store.

All proceeds from this event fund vital Totino-Grace programs, technology needs, and financial aid for students.

How do I donate auction items?

Our gala team collects everything from gift cards, tech items, libations, tickets to events, home items, toys and games and more for our auction! We welcome new, unused items for use either in our silent or live auction. All items must be delivered to Totino-Grace's Advancement Office (Door 5) by October 31.

Can I sit with friends?

When purchasing your tickets, you can specify a table or group you'd like to sit with by entering the details in the "Table Seating Requests" box at the bottom of page 2 during checkout. If your friends have already started a table, ask them for the group name they've entered to ensure you're seated together. If you've already purchased tickets and need to make a request, please email: kelley.beitz@totinograce.org.

Want to sit with other freshman parents? Senior parents? Prefer to be with fellow soccer or show choir families? Let us know, and we'll do our best to group you with others based on interests and classes!

Gala Volunteers Needed

Each year, hundreds of people come together to support our vibrant school at the Totino-Grace Gala. Proceeds from the event fund vital programs, technology, and financial aid for Totino-Grace students. Many volunteers are needed to make the Totino-Grace Gala run smoothly. Opportunities include decor design, general gala decorating, volunteer check-in, photography, set-up, take-down, and more.
