In a "normal" year, the Theater Department will present three productions: a fall musical, winter play featuring the Middle School Theatrical Mentorship Program, and a spring children's play. This year, productions will be virtual and streaming is available.
Fall Musical Little Women
- $10 per adult
- $8 per student (non-TG) and seniors
- $35 family viewing ticket
Since TG students receive complimentary tickets, families purchasing tickets do NOT need to purchase a ticket for their TG student. If a TG student would like to watch the production, but only needs a 'ticket' for themselves, contact Mr. Hoffman or Mrs. Reyburn and a complimentary code will be emailed to you.
A purchase provides 48 hours to the video on demand. After that time, the ticket code provided will no longer be active and you will need to purchase a new ticket code.
This production will be available through November 1, 2021.
Winter Play Bungee Jump Bear Trap
This production was the end result of a 24 Hour Theatre Production, where everything in the show was rehearsed, memorized, designed, built, and staged in 24 hours, with the students involved taking the lead in most of the details.
There is no charge to view this production, which is about 30 minutes in length. However, you do need to get a streaming pass to view - follow this link to get your streaming pass: https://tghs.booktix.com/pal/1/07a81dcee937633a. When you check out, there is an option for donations to the theater department if you choose. Due to copyright policies, this show will only be streamed one time!

The winter production is a play, alternating between a drama and a comedy, showcasing works from some of the biggest playrights past and present. Productions have included 'The Glass Menagerie,' 'Twelfth Night,' 'The Crucible,' and 'Arsenic and Old Lace.'
The spring production features a children's musical, tailored to a younger audience yet entertaining for all ages. Past children's productions include 'Peter Pan,' 'Winnie-the-Pooh,' 'Cinderella,' and 'James and the Giant Peach.'
The Drama Club offers a workshop every 4-6 weeks covering a variety of theatrical topics including set design, stage make-up, stage combat, monologues, movement, and dance, among others. Participants also attend field trips twice each year to see local professional theater productions.
The Theater Department offers two curricular classes: Theater Experiences (a freshman and sophomore elective) and Acting & Performance (a junior and senior elective).
Through the Fine Arts Academy, Totino-Grace also produces musicals for area parochial schools that desire a theater program for their students. Past Fine Arts Academy productions have included 'The Little Mermaid' and 'Seussical.'
Totino-Grace Theater staff work frequently in the professional artistic and theatrical community as directors, designers, and performers.
