Show Choir

Totino-Grace High School has four show choirs. The groups compete and perform across the country and internationally.

Every year, Totino-Grace show choirs host the renowned Spectacular Show Choir Competition.

Company of Singers

Varsity Co-ed Show Choir

This award winning show choir is made up of members selected through an audition and interview process. The varsity show choir combines singing and dancing with a band ensemble for a 20-minute set that will be performed in competition. Company of Singers rehearses Mondays and Thursdays in addition to a couple extensive choreography weeks.

It is a full year commitment, as rehearsals begin in August and the performance season continues throughout the year (the competition season generally runs January-March). Students in “Company” must be a member of one of the curricular music ensembles (instrumental or vocal). They compete in several competitions and end their season performing at the Totino-Grace Spectacular, the second Saturday in March every year.

Treble Division Show Choir Group

This award winning show choir made up of all grades levels. This group prepares a 10-minute set of singing, dancing with a band ensemble to be performed in competition. Unlike “Company”, however, this group is non-auditioned and doesn’t require as much of a time commitment - rehearsing Tuesdays (with additional choreography rehearsals).

The season is similar to that of “Company” only starting a bit later, beginning in October. Involvement in one of the curricular music ensembles, although not mandatory, is strongly encouraged. They compete in several competitions and end their season performing at the Totino-Grace Spectacular, the second Saturday in March every year.

T-Tones

Bass Division Show Choir Group

This award winning show choir made up of all grade levels. This group prepares a 10-minute set of singing, dancing with a band ensemble to be performed in competition. Unlike “Company”, however, this group is non-auditioned and doesn’t require as much of a time commitment. They rehearse Wednesdays (with additional choreography rehearsals) and the season begins in October.

Involvement in one of the curricular music ensembles, although not mandatory, is strongly encouraged and definitely increases one’s chances of being selected for the group. They compete in several competitions and end their season performing at the Totino-Grace Spectacular, the second Saturday in March every year.

Junior Show Choir Group

Totino-Grace Show Choirs are excited to share a fantastic new opportunity being offered this winter for students in grades 3–8!

Totino-Grace Rising Stars Jr. Show Choir will rehearse five times beginning February and perform at the Totino-Grace Spectacular, the second Saturday in March.
