Transcripts & Letters of Recommendation

Current Totino-Grace students should utilize SCOIR to request a transcript and letter of recommendation.

Transcript Copies for Current Seniors

Graduates from the most current year, may request up to four transcripts free of charge. DO NOT complete the form; instead, request your transcript by emailing meghan.weeks@totinograce.org. Include the name of the school and the address where the transcript should be mailed. 

Transcript Copies for Graduates

Graduates who wish to obtain a copy of their high school transcript should complete the online Transcript Request Form. There is a $3 service charge for each transcript produced.

Please indicate if your need is for an official or unofficial transcript.

• Official transcripts are usually required when applying to a college, completing a job application, etc. These documents are signed, stamped, and arrive in a sealed envelope.
• Unofficial transcripts are typically for one's personal records. These documents are not signed or stamped and do not come in a sealed envelope.
