There are times when life can be stressful and overwhelming. The School Counseling Department has created a Virtual Calming Room in hopes that it will help students find and utilize tools and resources for the moments in which they are experiencing stress, feeling overwhelmed, or just need a mental break. Whether it is completing a journal entry, watching a day brightening cat video, following along with a workout video, or accessing community mental health supports, there is something for everyone!
