Totino-Grace has a long history and a strong commitment to comprehensive strategic planning that dates back over 30 years. Our planning has always been grounded in the school’s mission as a Catholic Lasallian high school. The strategic plan is important to our ongoing strength and viability. It provides both a compass and a blueprint so that we are able to make informed projections to respond, anticipate, and proactively plan for changes and challenges ahead. Our process is mission-centered and grounded in our Catholic and Lasallian identity. It is inclusive, representing the various interests of students, parents, alumni, staff, and the larger community. It is systematic and comprehensive, touching all areas of the school’s programs and operations.
In preparing for the 2020-2025 Strategic plan, the vision expressed by many stakeholders was to challenge Totino-Grace to pursue Christ-centered, collaborative, inclusive partnerships with an array of constituent groups to provide innovative academic excellence, inspirational faith formation, personal development, co-curricular opportunities, and sound business practices. Goals and strategies flowed from this vision.
Our current strategic plan, Grounded in Faith. Growing to Serve., was developed under four overarching pillars -- Living the Catholic Lasallian Experience; Building a Robust and Rigorous Academic Program; Inspiring a Vibrant School Community; and Assuring Financial Viability. The plan calls out priorities that will not only impact current students but also future Eagles, who will in turn impact the lives of others over time.
