Part-time Bus Driver

Totino-Grace High School is seeking a part-time charter/athletic team bus driver to provide our students and student-athletes with safe and friendly travel to and from events that are played at locations off of the Totino-Grace High School campus.

Required:

  • A valid CDL Driver’s License with the necessary endorsements
  • Training provided if necessary
  • Driver’s license must be in good standing

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, friendly and dependable transportation
  • All other duties as assigned by Transportation Director
  • Follow Totino-Grace High School mission and philosophies

Commitment:

  • Average 10-15 hours per week between August 15 and May 20
  • Driving would assigned as necessary

Choir Director and Company of Singers Show Choir Director

Totino-Grace High School is seeking a full-time Choir Director and Company of Singers Show Choir Director for the 2019-2020 school year. We are accepting applications for this position at this time.

This position also includes optional contracts related to the following choral groups:

Chamber Singers, Men’s Chorus, Vocal Solo and Ensemble Contest , T-Tones (men’s show choir group), Music Ministry, Fall Musical Director

Required Qualities:

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in subject area;
  • Previous high school teaching experience and show choir directing experience
  • Current Minnesota teaching license;
  • Competence in current educational technology to support learning;

Advancement Database Analyst

Totino-Grace High School is seeking a highly analytical and motivated individual to serve in a database analyst role as our full-time Raiser’s Edge specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic, high-performing team of fundraising professionals in promoting Totino-Grace’s mission. The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight of the Raiser’s Edge database. The Advancement Database Analyst is responsible for comprehensive database support and analysis.

General Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate all aspects of the database including: posting/acknowledging gifts, updating records, working with database vendor, implementing all import/export projects, constituent segmentation, and coordinating all data cleansing projects.

2. Conduct prospect research (including wealth screening) to maximize fundraising outreach.

3. Maintain the Raiser’s Edge database to ensure integrity of records. Utilize AlumniFinder to continually improve ability to connect with constituents.

4. Produce standard and custom reports to assist with prospect, donor, and donation tracking.

5. Build queries and exports for mailing lists for newsletters, direct mail appeals, and event invitations.

6. Interface with finance department regarding gift entry, fund creation, audit reporting, and reconciling gift deposits monthly/annually.

7. Develop and maintain annual constituent recognition report – Annual Report.

8. Support gift recognition and pledge reminder process.

9. Engage in advancement special events when requested.

10. Perform other reasonable duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. A bachelor’s degree preferred.

  2. Advanced proficiency with Raiser’s Edge donor management program preferred.

  3. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word) and Google Docs.

  4. Knowledge and ability to perform mail merges and spreadsheet uploads/ downloads.

  5. Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical and reporting skills.

  6. Strong planning and organizational skills, including ability to anticipate tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and function smoothly under strict deadlines and shifting priorities.

  7. Ability to work independently.

Desired Skills:

  1. Fundraising experience in education and/or non-profit field.

  2. Experience in college, high school, or nonprofit advancement.

  3. Skills and experience in annual fund planning.

  4. Understanding of Catholic Lasallian mission.

Alumni Relations and Advancement Events Coordinator

Totino-Grace High School is seeking a highly organized, donor/alumni-focused, and motivated individual to provide leadership and direction for alumni relations and special events. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic, high-performing team of fundraising professionals in promoting Totino-Grace’s mission. This position has two primary focuses: to increase constituent and alumni engagement and to provide leadership to advancements events, which is highlighted by our Winter Place Gala.  

General Responsibilities:

  1. Provide leadership to the alumni relations area so as to enhance annual engagement and fundraising efforts.
  2. Provide leadership and manage alumni reunions, advancement special events, and other events throughout the school year.
  3. Evaluate and refine class reunions and special events to ensure they are effective.
  4. Create and maintain alumni communications on the TG website, e-newsletters, the Continuum - alumni community events, and class notes.
  5. Coordinates and trains volunteers who work on events and programs.
  6. Plan, coordinate, and attend events, meetings, and other activities as requested by the Vice President for Advancement.
  7. Develop and oversee event timelines and calendars.
  8. Provide backup support for database gift processing.
  9. Perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as deemed necessary by the President, supervisor and/or employee for safe and efficient operation of the school or to help fulfill the school’s mission.

 Qualifications:

  1. A bachelor’s degree in areas such as communications, marketing, business is preferred.
  2. At least one year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  3. Ability to develop affinity from alumni to attend alumni events.
  4. Ability to plan, organize, and facilitate a range of special events.
  5. Ability to recruit, train, and motivate volunteers.
  6. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word) and Google Docs.
  7. Knowledge and ability to establish budgets for special events.
  8. Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical and reporting skills.
  9. Strong planning and organizational skills, including the ability to anticipate tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and function smoothly under strict deadlines and shifting priorities.
  10. Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge donor management program preferred.
  11. Ability to work independently.
