Advancement Database Analyst - Full-Time
The Advancement Department seeks an organized, detailed and deadline-oriented individual to manage Raisers Edge, the donor management system used by the Advancement Department; and to process the gifts we receive from our generous donors. This position is responsible for data structure, supervision, data retrieval, report customization and analysis, policies & procedures, security, data entry quality control; processing gifts; and generating correspondence to our generous donors. The Development Department raises funds to support our nearly 700 students with financial assistance; to provide resources for our faculty; and to maintain our facility. In addition, we are currently launching a major capital campaign. Other department functions include donor/alumni relations and events; stewardship; individual fundraising; publications; online and direct mail outreach; and assistance to the President’s office and other departments. The Database Analyst has a role in all of these areas. All Advancement team members work collaboratively to ensure Totino-Grace’s success.

Bus Driver - Part-Time
Totino-Grace High School is seeking a part-time charter/athletic team bus driver to provide our students and student-athletes with safe and friendly travel to and from events that are played at locations off of the Totino-Grace High School campus.
Required:
- A valid CDL Driver’s License with the necessary endorsements
- Training provided if necessary
- Driver’s license must be in good standing
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, friendly and dependable transportation
- All other duties as assigned by Transportation Director
- Follow Totino-Grace High School mission and philosophies
Commitment:
- Average 10-15 hours per week between August 15 and May 20
- Driving assigned as necessary
Compensation:
- Hourly rate of pay is $19.50.

Second Shift Custodian - Full-Time
Job Type: 12 Month Second Shift Custodian
Hours: 2:30PM to 11:00PM M-F
Summary:
Totino-Grace High School seeks an experienced full-time second shift custodian to provide a variety of custodial services for the campus. Be willing to work both independently and as a team member and accept assignments requested by the Director of Facilities & Technology or Plant Engineers. Primary responsibilities are to perform routine cleaning, which includes: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, waxing hallways, burnishing or polishing floors and stairways, dusting and wiping furniture, disinfecting washrooms and kitchen areas, and replenishing supplies, among others.
Essential job functions include the following:
- Perform general cleaning functions such as vacuum, scrub, wax, buff and sweep floors which may include mixing various cleaning and maintenance chemicals.
- Secure building and test and reset fire alarms.
- Set up equipment for sporting events, concerts and other meetings or special events.
- Open or close buildings as necessary.
- Distribute supplies for kitchen, office, teachers and departments.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Provide a variety of custodial services for the Totino-Grace campus.
- Be willing to work both independently and as a team member and accept assignments requested by the Director of Facilities & Technology or Plant Engineers.
- Ability to get along with school employees, and be courteous and helpful with students and the general public.
- Knowledge of requirements of maintaining school buildings in a safe, clean and orderly condition.
- Knowledge of modern cleaning methods including basic methods of cleaning and preserving floors, white boards, carpets, furniture, walls and fixtures.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, materials and supplies used in custodial work.
- Ability to learn custodial procedures, methods and schedules.
- Ability to maintain classrooms, offices and other school facilities in a clean, safe and secure condition.
- Ability to use common cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
- Ability to move and arrange furniture and equipment for meetings and special events.
- Ability to observe and report safety hazards and need for maintenance and repair.
- Ability to confer with school administrators and supervisor regarding custodial needs, schedules and concerns.
- Be willing to work during the week, evenings and weekends when deemed necessary by the Director of Facilities & Technology or Plant Engineers.
- Three to five years of experience in the custodial field.

Social Studies Teacher - Full-Time

Visual Content Specialist - Full-Time
Summary: Totino-Grace is seeking a Visual Content Specialist to create visual content to promote TG across various communication platforms.
Essential job functions include the following:
- Engage with students, faculty, staff, and community members to generate content.
- Capture and edit photo images that enhance all creative marketing materials.
- Produce videos from concept through completion (script, scheduling, shooting, editing, producing, etc.).
- Prepare and present original content proposals.
- Participate in project planning and development.
- Maintain necessary equipment and software.
- Maintain an awareness of current and emerging creative ideas and techniques to enhance visual
content.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
