Bus Driver - Part-Time
Totino-Grace High School is seeking a part-time charter/athletic team bus driver to provide our students and student-athletes with safe and friendly travel to and from events that are played at locations off of the Totino-Grace High School campus.
Required:
- A valid CDL Driver’s License with the necessary endorsements
- Training provided if necessary
- Driver’s license must be in good standing
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, friendly and dependable transportation
- All other duties as assigned by Transportation Director
- Follow Totino-Grace High School mission and philosophies
Commitment:
- Average 10-15 hours per week between August 15 and May 20
- Driving assigned as necessary
Compensation:
- Hourly rate of pay is $19.50.

Campus Minister - Full-Time
1.0 Campus Minister - position begins August 1, 2023 for the 2023-2024 school year
The Totino-Grace Campus Ministry Department exists to ensure students develop a personal understanding of their own faith, the wisdom of how that faith can be lived out within the community of the Catholic Church and an understanding of the implications of their faith regarding social responsibility. Students share equally the leadership and responsibility to design and implement their own faith formation—especially liturgies, retreats, and service projects. In all programming, the Campus Ministry Department fosters in students a lifetime commitment to acting on their personal responsibility for bringing about the reign of God.
Primary Objective of this Position:
To foster the faith life of the Totino-Grace community by working collaboratively as a member of the Campus Ministry Team to nurture the faith formation of our students, particularly through liturgy, prayer, service, peace and justice initiatives, and spiritual guidance through our Lasallian charism.
General Responsibilities:
- Assist and co-facilitate the implementation of Totino-Grace after school service projects, retreat program, and the service immersion trip program.
- Collaborate in the creation of prayer, faith formation opportunities, and liturgy experiences for students, staff, and the TG community;
- Together with the Campus Ministry team provide opportunities for high school students to explore their faith through peace, justice, and equity initiatives.
- Offer support, leadership and guidance as part of a Campus Ministry team;
- Assist and co-facilitate the ongoing development of the Student Ministry Team and nurture their ministerial leadership capacity;
- Help create a hospitable environment by maintaining positive and open communication with the faculty, staff and students so as to discern their faith formation needs and to invite their participation in faith formation and experience of the Lasallian charism.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be an active, practicing Catholic committed to the role of faith in education, Christian service and leadership; have experience with secondary education and youth ministry; possess a BA in Theology, Religious Studies or Pastoral Studies from a Catholic University; exhibit strong organizational, communication and leadership skills within a collaborative atmosphere.

General Position Overview:
The Dean of Students works with colleagues to facilitate the formation of Totino-Grace students in alignment with our mission and values. The Dean works primarily with students and families, acts as a strong advocate for every student, and is a primary support for student well-being during their time in school. The Dean makes proactive decisions that seek to balance the needs of individual students with the needs of the rest of the school community. These decisions are made within a Catholic school community that strives to know and support individual students in their developmental context while consistently holding them accountable for their behavior.
The Dean is responsible for managing a number of high school initiatives, including disciplinary programs and campus supervision. The Dean also oversees health, safety, and emergency management of students, faculty, and staff as well as our TG Connect program.

Driving Instructor
Totino-Grace is seeking a Driving Instructor with teaching experience to lead classes. You will work with students learning to drive and studying to obtain their driver's license. Our ideal candidate can create lesson plans, provide informational classroom instruction, and give constructive feedback to each student. In this role, you also facilitate hands-on driving with students behind the wheel, monitoring their progress and helping them put driving concepts into practice. You should be an experienced driver yourself, with the ability to exhibit patience and follow the rules of law enforcement.
Driving Instructor Duties and Responsibilities:
- Instruct driving courses for students
- Create lesson plans and administer tests
- Perform curriculum development
- Grade students' work and evaluate their progress, providing feedback as needed
- Provide behind-the-wheel driving lessons for students

Football Coach: Varsity Wide Receiver
The Totino-Grace Football Program is seeking a Varsity Wide Receiver Coach.
This coach will:
- Instruct, train, and condition students to be successful Wide Receivers
- Supervise team members and establish standards of student behavior
- Model sports-like behavior and maintain appropriate conduct
- Participate in coaches’ meetings
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of the game
- Strong motivational skills
