Tuition & Financial Aid

The Totino-Grace community recognizes the commitment and sacrifice students and families make to receive a Catholic education, and we realize the value in having an economically diverse student population. Therefore, our goal is to help our students and families meet the cost of a great education.

As part of our Lasallian Mission, Totino-Grace awards more than $1,650,000 in financial aid to help students and families seeking a TG education. For 2017-2018, over 40 percent of the student body will receive financial aid.

The Totino-Grace Board of Directors has set tuition for the 2017-2018 school year at $14,700. In addition, there is a non-refundable annual re-enrollment fee of $300 and an annual technology fee of $400.

Included in the annual tuition charge are the following:
  • Books and Classroom materials (including art and industrial arts)
  • Participation fees for athletics and activities
  • Free student admission to all regular season sporting events, concerts, and plays held at Totino-Grace
  • All professional guidance and special learning services
  • On-campus parking

The annual technology fee covers the following:
  • Computer and software
  • Extended AppleCare coverage
  • Spec protective case
  • Laptop bag/carrying case
  • Wi-Fi access
  • On-site technology help desk and support
  • Technical repairs and maintenance
  • Annual updates
  • Additional fees may be applied to a tuition account for any lost, stolen, or negligent damage to computers or associated peripherals.

The annual re-enrollment fee helps the school cover the cost of the annual scheduling and registration process and associated software. Because staffing decisions are made based on registration numbers, the re-enrollment fee is non-refundable and is due by February 1, 2017.

Tuition Aid Data Services (TADS) is the company used by the Catholic high schools in the Archdiocese to help distribute Archdiocesan scholarship funds, as well as internal financial aid funds from the individual high schools. TADS collects a variety of financial information from each family and based on that financial information, recommends to Totino-Grace the level of financial-aid need. Totino-Grace then utilizes a financial aid committee to analyze the recommendations made by TADS and distributes available financial aid funds in the most equitable way possible.

If you are interested in applying for financial aid, TADS charges a $34 processing fee to analyze your family's need for financial aid. Applications through TADS are due by February 1. Award notifications by Totino-Grace are made in early March. Applications received after February 1 will be subject to availability of aid.

NOTE: TADS does not give grants or scholarships; they process the forms and provide schools with a tool for allocating their own financial aid.

Those interested in obtaining a grant must fill out and submit a TADS (Tuition Aid Data Services) form. You can complete this easily online: Online TADS Application (school code: 23326). Click HERE to access the TADS application.

SCRIP
We have partnered with shopwithscrip.com to offer a scrip gift card program to all of our current and prospective families. The concept is simple: you purchase gift cards for face value from Totino-Grace and our school then earns a percentage rebate from that gift card purchase. For every rebate earned, 80% of the cost will be applied directly to your student's tuition account and 20% will be allocated to general support of the school. Click HERE to learn more.

In addition, there are several local organizations providing volunteer opportunities for families with students in tuition charging schools. Contact the organizations below if you are interested in generating tuition dollars through volunteer hours.

Continuous Enrollment Information

2017-2018 Academic Year

Changes to the re-enrollment process have been made over the past several years to minimize paperwork for parents/guardians. Continuous Enrollment Agreements signed for the 2016-2017 academic year remain in force until a student graduates or we receive written notice of student withdrawal.

The annual re-enrollment fee is $300 and will be automatically added to the student's tuition account on Wednesday, February 1, 2017. The $300 re-enrollment fee will be due with the next regularly scheduled payment due date (as defined by the payment agreement).

Current payment terms (i.e. 10-month/12-month, etc.) and payment information will be applied for the 2017-2018 academic year. Payment information can be modified by contacting Janet Moser in the Business Office at 763-571-9116 ext. 220.

Adjustments to personal and family contact information should be made using the online DEMOGRAPHIC UPDATE FORM.
