E3 Engineering Summer Camps

The Totino-Grace Engineering Institute is excited to offer innovative summer camps for middle school students and our current E3 chohorts. Read below for camp descriptions. Participants may register for one or both camps.

Middle School Engineering Camp

The Totino-Grace Middle School Engineering Camp, for students entering grades 7-9, is designed to introduce students to the field of engineering and the essence of the E3 Engineering Institute at Totino-Grace. The camp will focus on the engineering design process with significant hands-on experiences. Participants will create solutions to design challenges and build working prototypes to test their ideas.

Dates: July 17-19
TIme: 9:00 a.m. - noon
Location: Totino-Grace High School
Fee: $75 or $125 for both middle school engineering camps

Adventures in Computer Coding and Electronics

Totino-Grace is pleased to introduce a new Computer Coding and Electronics camp for students entering grades 7-9. Using a combination of software and electrical engineering, students will learn how to control a microprocessor Arduino. Students will take digital readings of the real world and will send electrical outputs to control lights, speakers, motors, and more! Each participant will design their very own 'smart' electrical system.

Dates: July 17-19
Time: 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Location: Totino-Grace High School
Fee: $75 or $125 for both middle school engineering camps
