Totino-GraceA Catholic High School in the Lasallian Tradition
Many of you have already come to appreciate the fact that Totino-Grace embraces a special group of students who are forever united in the Lasallian ideals on which we were founded. With a commitment to academic excellence, the value of the human spirit and a diligent sense of social responsibility, we remain committed to forming the character of young men and women who will make a difference in society. At this juncture in our history, however, we recognize the need to address two issues that challenge us in fulfilling our educational mission:
We are confident that you and other members of the Totino-Grace community will continue to have a positive and far reaching impact on our school community. The funds being raised to help us meet these challenges will enable Totino-Grace to remain one of the strongest Catholic high schools in the Twin-Cities.
Totino-Grace has had a remarkable history for nearly fifty years. It is imperative that we continue to take a strong leadership role in providing quality, faith-centered education for young men and women in the 21st century.
I hope you will be inspired to become a vital part of this effort to ensure a promising future for Totino-Grace.Live, Jesus, in our hearts, Forever!
TG Fund Planned Giving Lasallian Scholarship Angel Outreach
The Totino-Grace Fund is the basis of a comprehensive advancement program at Totino-Grace High School. Simply, giving to the TG Fund is the best way possible for parents, alumni, grandparents, parents of alumni and friends to help make a difference in the future of Totino-Grace. Your commitment on an annual basis to the Totino-Grace Fund will help to raise necessary resources for important school activities. The TG Fund is necessary to sustain the life of the school through enriched academic programs, the financial aid program, faculty development and enhancements to technology and the overall physical plant.
There are several types of gifts that fall under the category of planned giving, including bequests and life income gifts such as gift annuities and charitable remainder trusts. In all cases, a planned gift can enable you to make a larger gift to Totino-Grace than you might have otherwise thought possible, because of the income and tax benefits you can receive as well as the flexibility of these types of gifts. Further details can be given by contacting Ben Lentz in the Advancement Office at 763-586-6335 or email@example.com.
It is our mission to promote and maintain a diverse student body, composed of young women and men from a wide range of cultural, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our financial aid program is an important part of that mission, making a Catholic education available to a more diverse student population than ever before. In order to carry out this mission, we must continue to raise funds from TG alumni, parents and friends for the financial aid program through the Lasallian Scholarship Fund. Your support opens the door of endless opportunity at Totino-Grace for a student who wishes to be a part of our community.
Many students who attend Totino-Grace on scholarships and financial aid do not have the resources for everyday expenses. In 1999, the Totino-Grace Parent Organization founded the Angel Outreach Program. Its purpose is to raise resources for students in need who may need items such as, school supplies, uniform clothing and lunch money. We welcome your contributions to help us assist these students. You can give a gift to Angel Outreach throughout the year or at one of our special events, including Breakfast with Santa and our Lenten Fish Fry Dinners.
