Academic rigor at Totino-Grace creates results. We believe students learn best by actively participating in meaningful activities in a safe environment that encourages success and fosters creativity. Our curriculum challenges students of all ability levels, from foundation courses to more difficult college prep and honors classes. Our extensive Honors and Advance Placement track includes 36 course options. The Kathleen Murphy Scholars Program challenges the highest performing students with both curricular and enrichment activities outside the classroom. Our Experiential Engineering Education (E3) Program intellectually engages and challenges students with the creative and rigorous application of scientific principals.As a Catholic high school committed to a comprehensive academic program for all students, our Learning Lab provides academic support to those who need it.
We have the honor of working on behalf of kids every day, and we take that responsibility seriously. Our faculty and staff are a huge reason why students thrive at Totino-Grace. More than a third have been with the school longer than 20 years, and 80% have advanced degrees. Many are alumni themselves.Totino-Grace teachers are invested in our school and students, engaging them intellectually and inspiring them emotionally. We maintain a culture of cooperative learning and genuine caring that gives students the confidence to develop into successful, lifelong learners.We also realize that parents and guardians are the primary educators for each student. Our teachers, staff, and coaches provide open, ongoing communiation with parents to ensure a successful high school experience.
