Our school-wide theme for the 2012-2013 school year is "Answer God's Call". The theme is inspired by the life of Blessed Theresa Gerhardinger and the principles of the School Sisters of Notre Dame. Guided by a mission of education, the sisters hold important the value of responding to God's call to meet the needs of the most vulnerable. Specifically, the School Sisters of Notre Dame challenge themselves to respond to opportunities of justice, peace and integrity of creation. This year, our school community is committed to our own pillars of faith, service, community and learning and are open to how we might individually and as a school, answer God's call.
Through a variety of prayer, service and formation activities, the Campus Ministry Team and the Student Ministers will bring life to this theme and help it move from words into action.
Our theme each year is inspired by our Lasallian and SSND traditions. We recall the words of our founders and are open to the how the Holy Spirit is moving our school community today.
