Totino-Grace Summer Wrestling Camp

Dates: Monday, July 23-Thursday, July 26

Time: 9:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.

Who: Entering grades 3-9

Where: Totino-Grace High School Wrestling Room

What to bring:

• Wrestling Shoes (tennis shoes if you don't have wresting shoes)
• T-shirt & Shorts
• Towel
• Positive attitude to learn, work and have fun

What you will receive:

• Individual and group instruction
• Fundamentals will be emphasized throughout the camp
• Instruction and technique will be geared toward age and experience level
• Skill emphasis on both offense and defense: takedowns, riding and pinning, escapes and reversals
• Camp competitions
• Camp t-shirt

Camp Staff: Current Totino-Grace wrestling coaching staff, Totino-Grace wrestling alumni, and former college wrestlers.
