If you wish to obtain a copy of your high school transcript for education or work purposes, please complete the Transcript Request Form found on this page or pick up a printed copy at Totino-Grace High School. There is a $2 service charge for each transcript produced. Completed forms can be mailed, faxed or dropped off at Totino-Grace.
